A. Beauty Encounter Valentine’s Day Giveaway: Win one of two possible Fragrance Collectable sets from Penhaligon’s London. Beauty Encounter “Sponsor” is offering an Online Contest (“Contest”). Purchase is necessary for entry.
Participants will automatically be entered to win one (1) of two (2) miniature collection fragrance sets from Penhaligon’s London with any purchase of an item from the Penhaligon’s London line. Five (5) winners will be chosen at random to win his/her choice of one (1) Gentleman’s Fragrance Collection Set or one (1) Ladies’ Fragrance Collection Set. Item(s) cannot be returned; winner is non-transferable.
B. Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years of age as of January 13, 2012. Entrant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Beauty Encounter are not eligible to win.
C. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the contest is Beauty Encounter, 18480 Pacific Street Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
D. Timing: The contest begins on January 13, 2012 and ends on February 14, 2012 at 11:59pm PT. Beauty Encounter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this contest.
E. How to Enter: Participants will automatically be entered to win one of two miniature collection fragrance sets from Penhaligon’s London with any purchase of an item from the Penhaligon’s London line. Five (5) winners will be chosen at random to win his/her choice of one (1) Gentleman’s Fragrance Collection Set or one (1) Ladies’ Fragrance Collection Set. Item(s) cannot be returned; winner is non-transferable. Contest ends 11:59pm PT on February 14, 2012.
F. Judging Criteria: The entrants selected as potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The prize winners will be selected at random. The contest will take place under the supervision of Marketing Manager, Kristine Viray. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, whose decisions are final. Response within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner must be received or, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.
G. Prizes: The following prize will be awarded:

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes:$250.00. Beauty Encounter is not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes and none will be replaced. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Beauty Encounter will award a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are so responsibility of Beauty Encounter.
Winners: The potential winner will be notified by Beauty Encounter by February 24, 2012. An email will be sent to the email address used to place the order for entry. Beauty Encounter will notify the potential winner that he/she has won and request the shipping address the prize should be mailed to.
